So my dad went on a phesant hunt a while back, and has has his phesants in the freezer since. He would like to have them for Christmas dinner, so I am asking for you guys to share your favorite phesant dishes with me, because we have never cooked phesant before. Thanks and Merry Christmas!!
the absolute best is to roast it and pick the meat off and put it in spaghetti sauce. One of my families specialties.
