Phino or both cfw and fawn visual?

Hi!
Some friends and I resqued this abandoned finch a while back, and right away I noticed he didn't look like other cfw finches I've seen.
His orange spots are very pale, to the point that when he was sick he looked almost completely white, and his black markings are a light brown.

Has anyone bred a finch like him before? Any idea if it's possible that he's visual for both cfw and fawn or if he's maybe a Phino without the red eyes?
