Phoenix chicks- gender and general raising tips, please!

These babies are 6-7 weeks old. The lady selling them said she thought they were all pullet but I’m thinking otherwise.
I’m guessing two Roos and a hen? Based strictly off of combs.

Also, I would love to hear any tips on raising these that you might have. Thank you!
