I was told when I got these two, that they were Silver Dorkings. I have been facinated with the Phoenix breed as well, and found a striking similarity in mine and the Phoenix breed. Any suggestions???

Lol, awww these Dorks are cute. These guys do kinda look like fat, five-toed Phoenixes

I have a little Phoenix rooster with the same exact color pattern.

You should have seen them when I got them, they were ROUGH LOOKING. They were pitiful to say the least. One is still smaller than the other. But they have gotten really fat, eating roughly 50lbs of feed already! Wondering how much more they will continue to grow?

Those are most definitely dorkings.

Phoenix are much thinner, almost game looking to me.

They are beautiful!!! Off to go see what the hens look like, I may be adding Dorkings on to my "must have" list!
