Solved photo album

Bigger is fine...huge is unnecessary. :gig
But defining 'big' and 'huge' is an issue, resolution for clarity is different than size of file....
...and it can be difficult to understand this, let alone manipulate it.
When entering a BYC photo contest, my suggestion to people is it's okay to crop is, better not to resize it.

I would think you could reduce that in the settings?
Not phone savvy tho.

Back in the day :old pics too large screwed up every ones Dload time on forums(still can).
No reason for them to be huge unless your printing out high quality photo prints.

Yes I can, though I like to print them out on occasion on old school photo paper. But now that I know what the max is I'll just have to flip back and forth between the two resolutions when I'm wanting to share my girls. I might even still have a program on the hard drive for resizing I used to use in the days of AIM (I just aged myself there...... lol)

Here is an example of what I mean.

Original - 6000 x 4000, 7.11 MB

Cropped to 11" x 8.5", now 3300 x 2550, 4.38 MB

Resized to 544 x 420, 91.6 KB
Now that this has been resized it is to hard to judge it properly.
