ok still in working progress but coming along great.
we have added shutters on the window so it stays dark longer, the electric door opens at 6.00 am to let them all out and shuts at 9.00 pm. a wire door so we can leave the outer door open all day. perches in one corner, nest boxes and in the other corner is a box on the floor filled with hay for my old girl.

Is this for chickens? If so, those roosts are way too skinny. They should be 2 or 3" in diameter for chickens.

thank you we will make them bigger. the young girls uses them but not the bigger ones, that is why.

Agreed on roost size - get a 2x2 or 2x4, a thick branch... any of those will do fine.
