Photos, need advice on inside coop design

This is the "after" photo. The "before" is below. After reading through many threads I started making changes to their home, as well as feed...Here, I have moved the closer post even with the back post. Then, I added a poop board with PDZ. I am THRILLED with the results. It is 'cobbled' as we say in the country, but it works. I now have storage underneath which I will make into a guinea and/or chicken brooding area. And maybe storage. It's a work in progress.. I like the idea of deep litter, but will probably put PDZ down. I can use the fertilizer. I also make their little ladder on the side, as some one suggested. Esp. since the roost is appr. 43 inches high. Fun!
