Look at the combs for starters Brahma's have pea combs. Though Sussex do have a similar colouring to Brahma's in the light, such as this hen -

the bodies are much deeper. Anyway hope you don't mind my pointing this out and hope you enjoy the pics of my Brahma's.

I would say Tabitha that apart from his feathery legs he's the genuine article.
