We still have some painting to do but you get the idea of the finished coop and I'm happy to show it off. Hopefully we (my husband) will finish up the painting and put the older chicks in this weekend. Any words of wisdom as to how to control FLIES? Any wisdom as to where to hang the feed and water? The top cabinet is housing with nests, perches and has a hardware wire bottom. You open that bottom cabinet to let the chickens out to free range

Any other advice? Any advice to make it "prettier"?

Thank you
*Amy*

It looks great! I love the brackets on the doors. Can't wait to see it totally finished. It is just gorgeous!
The only thing different I noticed is that your ramp doesnt have anything projecting upwards so that they can get a "grip", will they be able to get up it okay?

That is a beautiful coop- you could plant some colorful perennials around it and put it on the cover of some magazine somewhere- wow!

Wow - excellent job! Some flowers would put it right over the top in the "pretty" department!! BYC gives me coop/run envy.
