Photoshop requests?

Hello! I will be trying to make your photoshop requests into results. But heres some rules first

1. nothing too crazy, dont want to photoshop all night
2. yes i can make your chicken turn blue

Can you make my roosters comb or waddle grow huge and can you turn him blue please if not that's ok it's cool you can do that I've always wanted to be able to do that (p.s. Sorry there's no room above the comb

oh yeah, i was able to do the comb, but my recoloring is very messy, really sorry about that( i was in a rush and used the brush recolor tool)
