Does anyone know how to make the moving glitter on a banner move on BYC? I made a banner for my story, but the glitter doesn't move when I post it. It moves everywhere else. The banner looks like this:

Birdies I know what you mean. I was posting some smilies from a different site and they wouldnt move when I uploaded to BYC first. ]Somehow I think I directly uploaded tem from the site, I cant remember how, and then they moved. I hope you get it figured out.
