PIC non absorbed yolk or drowned? Still alive?

This chick piped early on 21 and by evening of the 21 it had made the progress seen in the pic. We could see the reflection of the eye and its beak poking around and coming out of the shell. We came back later and the air cell was filled with what looks like yolk but no leaking around or outside the egg. Still Temp at 100-100.9 and humidity at 65-70.
Its now been 60 hours since the pip and almost 48 since last movement.
What happened? Why did the air cell fill with this yolk? Is it still alive? 2 other chicks hatched but 4 others have not and they were all alive when candled at lock down.

Try removing the eggs from the carton at lock down and lay the eggs on their sides. Chicks are designed to FALL out of the eggshell instead of stand up and simply walk away.
