Pic of droppings from 3 day old chick

I received 4 babies from Meyer's Hatchery a few days ago and have had them inside the house, so far, in a rubbermaid box. Never in contact with any other chickens and found this (see pic) in the droppings.
They're eating Manna organic chick starter.

I sent pics also to Meyer's but haven't heard back.

I saw similar droppings, yesterday and today.

That is shed intestinal lining and is normal on occasion. If you see too much of it, get your chicks started on corid.
