Here's my egg that has pipped at wrong end and on the wrong side! Not sure what to do, if anything? Wait?

Waiting is best right now. As long as there is peeping, wiggling, and struggling it's all good.

I've had more chicks upside down in round eggs like this than in those with a distinct pointed end.
