How many chicks hatched?

so 2 hatched naturally last night and she had to help one hatch bc it was stuck and was coming out , but im not sure if its ok bc its still laying down,

When did that one hatch? Could still be resting, hatching is hard work, especially if they have trouble like getting stuck. But if she's having trouble getting up, there could be some other problem or even just failure to thrive. If she's fluffed/dry your friend might try offering her a bit of raw yolk to see if that gives her a boost.

it was yesterday afternoon, around 7 or 8 and she had to get it out the egg , so it had all night to dry ..... im wondering if she opens the lid really quick and stands it up would that maybe help ?

She can try. They're usually able to get up on their own and wobble around a bit fairly soon after hatch. If the chick can't get upright on her own, she's probably got some other problems.
