This was when I first got them last week...they are getting so big now! My BR are waaaay louder than the rest of the bunch, does anyone else see that in their flock?

BTW all the pics of the little silkies makes me think about next year...I can't resist the fuzzy heads and feathered feet!!

Cute babies!

We have one BR, one RIR, one BO, and one Australorp. Our BR is actually the quietest of the bunch, unless the others are going the wrong direction and she's calling to them to get them back in line (she is definitely the leader!). She's also our sweetest, tamest girl. The others don't mind being held, but the BR will actually step into our hand or fly up to our arm, then settle in and lie down for a snuggle. I think she's going to be a lap chicken!
