Picked chick!!! What do I do????

Ok, so I have 4 Americanas/EEs and one Black Sex link and the black one is being picked on. I don't know who's picking and my thermometer (in Fahrenheit) went crazing and said it was forty degrees (I had a heat lamp and it felt warm) but I know the chick is being picked because he feels scratchy because I can feel the beginning of the feather but not the rest because it's been picked off. I isolated him in a box inside the brooder. I have a white light and will try to get a red one ASAP. I will put some bowls under in so it will be cooler in there too. I feed them starter feed and they have meds in their water. Any advice would be very helpful.

there is stuff at the feed store you can buy, it is a powder stuff you can put on them, it stops the pecking.
