Picked On - Bloody Comb

This morning when I went out to feed the girls and Bob - I noticed one of my hens had a torn up comb. It must have happened yesterday and i didn't notice. What should I do?
I have already separated her. What is the best way to clean it? I don't want to do anything to make it worse and I want to be careful of her eyes.

Wash it good and if needed put some liquid bandaid on it to close up any rips....
