My big RIR rooster Don is missing all the feathers around his neck. Tonight while they were eating I was able to catch him and Im not sure whats is going on and what to do. Some patches are bare and others are broken shafts of various lengths. There is another young, 6 month, roo in there but i havent seen any fighting yet. I noticed his long tail feathers were being plucked a few weeks ago, I think the girls do this when they roost. Its not the first time. What should I do? I will try to get a photo tomorrow if I can.
