Picking out baby chicks

Going to pick out some more Polish today. Does ANYONE have ANY tips for getting a pullet? I've normally looked at older chicks which can show signs of being a roo but they're 3-4 days old. I know hens usually have a larger more round crest and delicate legs, correct? Any tips?
