They're girls but don't look ready to lay really soon--combs are still small and pale. They will get larger and redden--don't worry, that doesn't mean they're roos, just that they're getting ready to lay.

Mine started doing the squat at 10 wks old. Don't know what that was all about.

No squats yet (but then again, they rarely let me get close enough to them to touch them). But the combs are definitely getting redder. Hmmm.

girls... they will redden up a bit before ready to lay, and you will likely notice that they suddenly squat in front of you when previously they would not let you touch them... that was my experience... congrats! We <3 our Goldie!
