I have for some time now been wanting to know what IDEAL's Orientals look like. I know that they are not purebred--if they are, they are very INbred--but I just want a chicken that looks a lot like an Oriental and weighs a reasonable amount (say 8-12 pounds for roos). In the future, I'd rather upgrade to breeder stock, but for the time being, I must settle for hatchery-stock.
So, has anyone bought IDEAL Orientals before? What were their finishing weights? Please upload pics and stories about experience!!
