Sometimes last week I noticed a few of these spots on the Turkey's head but I ignored not it has spread over it's head, I see flies hovering around it's head. He doesn't seem to be in any discomfort as he is as active as the others. Please I need to know;
What disease is this?
Is it contagious?
What can be done to fix this?

Could be fowl pox, which is spread by mosquitoes. FP has to run it's course,

Looks like fowl pox to me.

If you think you have blackhead, check for yellow excrement.

With fowl pox, it is mostly just let it run its course. I think you can give antibiotics for secondary infections but there is no treatment for fowl pox.

You can also wash it with iodine every few dasy to stop it from getting infected.
