My wife DEMANDED that if I build a chicken coop that it HAD to be "cute" So I just saw that it would make a perfect "barn". Glad you like it also.

Yes it will work. just a note, I went through several drill bits pre-drilling all the holes to attach everything. But all in all it wasn't too bad. It surrly was less expensive than building from scratch with all new materials.
