I went through several drill bits pre-drilling all the holes to attach everything.

Just wanted to add that during our horse trailer remodel, I learned from a metal working guru that putting squirt of WD-40 on the drill bit between each hole you drill will really prolong the life of the bit for drilling into metal. Keeps it cooler and that stops it from getting brittle and snapping.

I wondered about strong winds as well, but I see the last picture has the run attached, so that should hold it.

Very neat looking setup, I'd like to get something like that to park my lawn tractor in.
