Today here in Arkansas we have had ice, sleet, snow, etc. etc. My babies ( are all 10 months old now)have been loving this weather so much and I took a few pics of them in it today. The breeding season has started and one of my Pilgrim males has bonded with one of my sebastopol females so I am leaving them alone. I got my first goose egg on Thursday and another today!! WOOHOO!!

All from Ideal, I have ordered 8 more girls for the first week of March. I have been very pleased with their quality and temperment; very quiet compared to other breeds I have raised and gentle.

The snow doesn't seem to bother them at all. Good looking birds.

There is sleet and snow all around and they were "bathing" in their water trough !!!!

AAAWWW They are all just gorgeous pics... I love the goose in the tub.
I have loved all the winter pics I am seing on here. Out in Australia we are in Summer- and I dont get snow anywhere near where I live. Closest I ever had to such beautiful pictures- was after a hail storm.
