The set up is 15' long X 6' wide. There is 9.5' under roof.
I live on a larger piece of land and have a fox den in the back yard, some 15 yards from the coop/run. To make this thing predator proof, we started with laying chicken wire, then leveling cinder blocks. Filled the blocks with portland (quikcrete) then added 3280# of rock to level the floor with the top of the blocks. Then build the structure out of Pressure Treated lumber. The open air portions are covered with 1/2" Hardware cloth. The solid wall is plywood with a clean out door and 2 egg doors. Roofing is smoke colored corrugated polycarbonate material (the same stuff used in motorcycle helmet face shields). All is held together with exterior decking screws or stainless screws & washers. Feed bucket is 7.5 gallon grain bucket with holes drilled then bottomed with an 18" planter bottom bolted to the bucket, hung on a rope with pulley and trash can lid to keep the chickens from roosting on the feed bucket. For watering, I converted a 5 gallon bucket to a gravity feed water system using FarmTek 360 watering nipples.
So far, so good. Tonight will be night #2 with the birds in their new digs.
