Ah, just assuming the human door was closed at night - which would, unless there are other ports of entry, keep out the rodents.

Hi there, I have a light sensitive pop door and so the rats were coming in during the day and early mornings mostly.
I bourght to treadle feeder in may last year and checked it out recently and not one rat was seen. I call that a damn good buy.
