The Barred Rocks aren't bad at all. I've seen some TERRIBLY barred BRs lately coming from the hatcheries. Yours are better than most hatchery BRs I've seen lately. One thing to look for is if the barring goes all the way down the tail without fading out AND that the bars are straight across, not chevron barring. Also, look at the chest straight on. The bars should go in a straight line right across the center of the breast area and be lined up all the way across-just a couple of things to look for when you're watching them.
