These guys got out this morning and won't let me catch them. If I try they just fly away from me. I have 4-5 that got out of the pen and theres till 4-5 that are still in the pen. Well anyway here they are....*

You probably need the fishnet to catch them. I had to get one myself. They have really big ones at Walmart in the fishing section. You can also try a cat crate with wood shavings and some food in it and a string to pull the door show. Your chances are not that high with the crate, but you can try. The net is your best bet.

I don't really care if there out. It's no big deal. I have a permit to raise and release them so they can stay out if they want. It dont matter. I was posting the pics for your enjoyment. :)

Oh cool. Hope they will adjust nicely to the life in the wild. I'm also getting ready to release some into the wild. It will be another 3 weeks before they are ready. They will be in the flight pen until they are strong enough. I'm lucky I live in a state where I don't need any permits etc. Plus the fish and wild life loves the release of wild birds. They've just released 30 pairs of turkey around my property. We have to neighbors and they like to populate the land around us. We don't hunt and really love the extra wild life running around.

Oh that happened to me yesturday, three of my bobwhites got out, but the other ones kept calling them so they went back into the pen bythemselfs I just had to open the door.
And well I live in california the land where you need a permit if you wanna have an ice cream , so I couldnt just let it get away!
