I started this coop a couple of months ago, it's been an ongoing project which got bigger as I went along. I also had to replace the entire roof because of carpenter ants. We finished it last week with the help of my brother and father.

Just as a discalimer, we have never built a coop/and this is the first time we have had chickens. I hope we did it right

Here's the run, you can see the roof that we replaces, took us 13 hours to rip out 3 layers of shingles, replace the damage from the ants then install new plywood and shingles.

I t looks like you did a wonderful job and the chickens look very happy! Nice size run, wish mine was that large!

I love the inside the garage coop, mine is designed the same way, it makes life so much easier in the winter time.
