Good progress I guess this week. All four walls are up.
As you can see I have this built on the side of a hill. The piers came out a little funny. Thats because there are boulders in my yard and I kinda had to work around them. hindsight I wish I would have just used the concrete pyriamid things instead of the sonotubes. This side of the coop will have the nest boxes wich will be on the ground, inside, but I will make a door to access them from the outside. There will also be a 24x16 plexiglass window on that side.
this shot is of the front. and off to the right is where the run will be. Im also adding 2 more plexiglass window to the front also.
Tomorrow I think I will lay down Rtech insulation on the floor and work on the nest boxes and the light box
Oh yeah, Photos were taken at 8:45 P.M. SUMMER IS ALMOST HERE!!!
Course most my yard still has a foot of snow in it.
