Pictures of new Coop/Aviary and Birds What do you think.

Well, I added a Gutter to it, the water coming off the roof was splashing up a lot on the building, figured before I had rot issues I would add one, I'll post some pic's of it when I have a chance. Other wise teh building is working out well.

Very nice. What kind of pigeons do you have? Do they get along well with the peas? You've got a beautiful place, for you and your birds.

Man I have 6 different types of Pigeons and I don't know all of the types off the top of my Head, Yes they do get a long great, they roost with each other and all, Eat and drink also together, They even hatched out two Baby Pigeons about a week ago with no issues.

H Joe G, Love the pics of your new coop! Your birds look very happy with it. As you and your birds live in a climate similar to Ohio, thought I would share a little item I discovered which has helped more than I ever guessed. Its a stretchy screen of plastic ivy, that was created to beautify chain link fence. Well,- I use it over part of the pen top. It hooks right onto the wire, and has an open weave to it. It filters the sun, snow and rain just enough to give the birds a break, (also from the hawks over head) , but allows the snow to melt and drip through before building up too much weight.(I have a peaked roof which helps). Its available on line through a catalog called "Improvements". It really helps lessen snow over the perches and preferred walkways in the winter
So, the first Pic, is the Ivy Screen as sold , The second Pic is how it looks from the inside of my Pen.
