terrielacy, that is some snow! DH and I went snowshoeing with another couple yesterday with all of our large dogs.... they were exhausted after pushing through snow up to their shoulders. And let's face it, so was I

I live on the eastern side of lake michigan under a perma-cloud and constant lake effect snow showers. Gets old fast. This was the girls first experience with the white stuff. They got used to it quick.

I'm so jealous, I WANT SNOW PLEASE. We get the really cold temps but now snow. Ah well I'll see what next month brings.
