My husband and son built me a really nice coop. Of course, I wish it was bigger so I could get more chickens, but I can't complain. It is on my BYC page.

Here are my pics... my coop is also recycled material minus screws...those were new.

This is the run... its 60 by 30 feet...but the inner 40 x 20 is the garden, which is protected from the chickens by an inner fence. I have a chicken mote!

This is Cora... she's a sweet hen.

To the right is the horizontal door that I use to clean the coop, with the front of the "under run" also a door to let the flock out every day. I will be fixing this coop to be more user friendly and larger this spring and summer. I'd also like to add an auto door.

wow those are some migty fine coops and runs I have ducks only, why are chicken coops up off the ground so high? I never had chickens but now Im starting to have thoughts. Have a pair of geese on order so...whay not chickens too. LOL
