I am trying to post pictures and when I hit attachments it says that I don't have permission I tried cutting and paste but it says my browser security is not set so to use this command.

Now I used it to paste the above command but it dose not work or I cant seem to get it to paste. I will certainly keep trying and hope to see some replays on trick of the trades. I did check the FAQ but still a little confused.
