Pied peafowl breeding

Hello I have a question for peafowl breeders. I have a pied peacock and an indian blue hen. If I breed them together, would the chicks be considered pied? Thanks

Not unless the hen is split to a white gene. Your pairing will not make anything white or pied but some of the chicks will be split to Pied or White.

Agreed, they would not show more than a couple feathers with white coloration if at all. You'd have to breed the pied to another pied or a white to get more pied birds.
