I have a male guinea whose feathers lining the edges of his wings are white. My pearl grays don't have this.

He has the pearl coloring, but the white lining on his wings. Is he a pied?

He's carrying a little bit of the Pied gene, but unless he has any amount of white feathers on his chest I would't consider him an actual Pied. If any of his female offspring have the white flights and he breeds them down the road, then some their offspring may have a little more white. Eventually some white chest feathers may show up.
