Pigeon chicken?! Help ID!

No idea what to make of this breed. I know its a bantam. I was leaning towards either a Japanese species or a Sebright. Please help in correcting me! Thanks. Sorry for the picture she doesn't like standing still.

Im pretty sure that the color is "Duckwing" and the breeder guessed either Japanese bantam, Pheonix or a sebring. Could be an OEGB...who can tell me for sure or what would be specific signs to look for? Thanks so much!

Oh I meant there is two breed standards. The american has a pointy tail and the uk has a flat fanned tail. Ill get a better picture of her when shes not doing a balancing act. Thanks alot guys
