I saw this pigeon earlier today but couldnt grab it due to being in the middle of a shopping trip. I found it again later when i got home walking up to our apartment building door, so I got my gloves and grabbed it.
I give it a solid look over. I can out stretch his wings fine, his legs are all good. He can't fly but he walks around leaning back like in the photos and this sometimes causes him to fall over. He will not sit down/loaf either. He just stays standing. His keel also feels fine.
the bump in the second photo is his neck bones I'm fairly certain. i felt around to see where it leads. Its too late in the day/night to call the local rescue so im looking for advice for now.
