Pigeon nesting question

The pigeon pair have their 2 chicks in a garbage feed bag hanging on the wall in the coop. It's a mess. I'd like to nail a nest box up there. Will the parents be upset if I put them in a clean nest box right where the bag is hanging and move the chicks?

The chicks are about the size of the parents and have some feathering.

If they're that far along I would just let them be until they leave the nest and then make the swap for the next time around.

They will take to it as long as its in the same location. Looks don't seem to bother them as much as "place".
