Beautiful birds, when I was young I raised "Homers" racing variety. Was a wonderful time and it is what got me enjoying birds for a lifetime. Nothing like flying your flock, but even better is raising your own stock. It is contagious.... I had 80 birds, and only 4-5 could not be flown.
Had some fancy fantails and several tumblers for coop birds. Your photos brought back memories of my first egg and the wonder of the entire adventure.
Well todays the 18th day and no sign of babies or even pips
But kazan tumblers to have a bit of a long tail and I didn't trim it ( or the fluff around there vents) so I guess they weren't able to breed correctly and the eggs aren't fertile
I'll trim their feathers and hopfully the next clutch will be fertile.
