Does anyone know what type of pigeon this is?

I would say it was a newly fledged squeaker maybe only a month old just starting to fly. Could possibly be just a regular side walk pigeon it is hard to say. It looks malnourished and dehydrated in my opinion. I would provide it with plenty of clean water (about a quart) with a tablespoon full of apple cider vinegar added to it and chicken layer pellets. There are pigeon feed mixtures but in most cases they are seldom stocked by local feed stores (at least in my case). I find layer pellets the next best substitute. They also love shelled unsalted peanuts and whole corn.Does anyone know what type of pigeon this is?
