pigeon toed duckling

I have 3 kayuga ducklings 3 weeks old. One of the ducklings has bowed legs and is "pigeon-toed". He is walking on his own feet half the time. Has anyone seen anything like this before? Is there anything I can do to help him?

I have ducks that are like that. When they stand still I notice it more, they are partially standing on their own feet. Mine have never had problems.
