pigeons pecking another pigeon

I am new to raring pigeons and i got 4 pigeons that are kind of old enough... 3 of d pigeons are ganging up against d smallest of them pecking it on d head. I bought them from the same seller so i don't know why that is happening.... Pls i need help... Also i hear a regular sound they make every other minute whats that sound about?

The sounds you're hearing are probably just them cooing to each other. The pecking may just be due to them establishing pecking order. A couple of mine did that to another, but no one was injured.

Have you ever been around pigeons before you got your own? Pigeons "coo," that is basically the sound they make. When you hear that sound out doors you will know there is a pigeon around - that you haven't noticed before. It's normal for them to do that.
