Piglet Loaded with Ticks- What to give?

Howdy again ya'll. Well little "Taz" is covered in ticks. I was feeling around for wounds and felt dozens and dozens of small bumps. They're ticks and probably lice. I took as many off as I could with my fingers but, well, he is much stronger today than he was yesterday when my dog found him. And he has very healthy lungs. His back legs are covered with them, poor guy. What is a safe way to treat him, I'm guessing less than a week old?

You can use some needle nose tweezers to pluck them off. Use rubbing alcohol or soap and water to clean the spots afterwards. Here's a scene shot from a useful site I found
