Pilkie gender???

Hi new here, was hoping someone could give me some insight into what gender our chicken is. We've called him he since hatch but he is 18 weeks this week and we still have no idea!

He's a silkie x pekin and has had a few respiratory problems (hence the messy feathers on his face) and a deformity in one leg (hence his stance) which has been fixed with surgery. Very friendly as he was the only one to hatch out of 3 eggs. Me and my partner have lived on this site since getting our chickens but this is the first time we've posted...

We're hoping Phantom is cockerel but either would be fine!

If he's not crowing by now he's a pullet. Beautiful one though.
