Here's a picture, I hope. Pin-less peepers are plastic, look like glasses with solid lens, and are attached to the beak/nostrils of a chicken. They partially obstruct vision and are used to stop picking. I have a hen that will not stop picking the feathers of another hen. So.... we'll see what happens when she wears peepers.

There is a tool I recommend having to put them on though, they are called snap ring plyers.
