Ah, I see. Your design definitely works with the scraper and bucket. So you try to do a "dusting" of the PDZ? Or more like a coating? I think I'll sprinkle it everywhere then, and likely end up with a kitty litter scoop. Now do you also use it in the run? And First Saturday lime, if you do use it, how? Thank you all for taking the time to teach me how you do things.

Those I've seen use kitty litter scoops pile it on thick, as in like an inch or two. I've just sprinkled it to cover the wood. FSL we used once, and I didn't see anything great about it, so went back to DE (for mite prevention) as it's much cheaper.
But the FSL we put in any permanent wet grasses or standing water like marshes, as it's great for killing mosquitoes/larvae.
