I think we have similar palates. Had a wonderful grilled pineapple dish (stuffed in a pineapple shell and baked) that had rice, shrimp, pineapple and some other stuff, seasoned, topped with cheese and baked.

What is that?

A sad little store-bought pepperoni pizza. Looks like the garbage the cave troll roommate of mine used to eat every day. One whole pizza. Sometimes two.

I didn't make this one. It was a lazy outta the box one and I was tired.

Normally I do a pizza without the icky red stuff, lots of spices and maybe an Alfredo or pesto, sometimes a tangy garlic sauce. And I don't use plain mozzarella, I like to mix in parmesan and Munster. Then I top it with artichoke hearts, olives, roasted peppers, chicken, bacon, onion or roasted garlic.
Now I'm hungry.
